Full job descriptionJob Description: We are seeking a part-time( contract) Psychiatrist to serve as an Investigator for clinical research trials involving emerging therapies for schizophrenia , Bipolar , dementia, depression and other mental health conditions. The ideal candidate be Board Certified or Eligible by ABPN in psychiatry and an interest or experience in clinical research. All required clinical, administrative, and recruitment support will be provided by the company. The candidate's clinical responsibilities will include evaluating potential trial participants and the ongoing clinical evaluation of enrolled participants full support will be given for the process by clinical trial team. The candidate's administrative responsibilities will include trial training and review and approval of trial data.Responsibilities:Oversee clinical research trials in conjunction with Medical Directors and Sub-InvestigatorsProvide guidance and assistance as needed with participant recruitment for clinical trialsConduct assessments and ensure compliance with study protocols in conjunction with Medical Directors and Sub-InvestigatorsRequirements:Board certification in PsychiatryExperience or interest in conducting clinical trialsExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong ability to work collaboratively within a clinical research teamProject management-related skillsInfluential leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
