Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist at Foothills Professional Pharmacy, LTD. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, compounding medications, dermatology compounding, and providing medicine-related guidance and support to patients. The Clinical Pharmacist will work closely with healthcare professionals and utilize their expertise to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. QualificationsPharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care skillsKnowledge of Medicine and ability to provide medicine-related guidanceExperience in Compounding medicationsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degreePharmacist license in the state of Arizona ( ability to obtain license in 16 other states)Clinical pharmacy residency or equivalent experience is a plus
