Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Radiology Technologist in the Waxahachie, TX area!Schedule: 3 days a week (7:45a-8p)This job will have the following responsibilities:Perform accurate X-rays as ordered by the provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARAPrepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over-read, and report over-read results to providersRetrieve and archive radiographic reportsCreateBurn CDs in compliance with HIPAA regulationsPerform detailed and accurate data collection during clinical intake of patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient historyAssist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, plete occupational health testing including such services as urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, hair testing and physicalsComplete patient referrals and patient callbacks dailyQualifications & Requirements:Current X-ray certification and must meet all other applicable requirements by law including state licensure in radiology technology or must have obtained the passing certification letter, as applicable and required by stateCompleted accredited radiology technology program (LMRT) and have passed the Core, Chest, Extremities, SkullSinuses and Spine ARRT limited scope of practice exams for radiography (CO, TX, NE)Maintain CEUCME?s as applicable for licensureActive CPRBLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hireIf interested, please apply directly or reach out to one of my contact methods below ASAP!EMAIL: PHONETXT: (484) 753-3515
