Join our team of passionate pediatric healthcare professionals empowering Kidz to be kids through PPEC daily skilled nursing!The RN Case Manager (RNCM) is responsible for managing the care of pediatric patients, according to their individual needs and care plan using a multidisciplinary method. The Registered Nurse facilitates referrals to primary providers, specialists, healthcare facilities, and community resources. The Registered Nurse is responsible for direct client care including a holistic approach to the care of children and their families, including educational, psychosocial, behavioral, physical, mental, and emotional careneeds of the child.
