Our mission is be at the forefront of what veterinary medicine can provide to our four-legged family members.If you are passionate about providing compassion and superior care to our clients and their pets then Fetch wants to hear from you!RequirementsRequirements of the job will include:Must have at least 1 year of experience working in veterinary medicineCleaning cages, runs, wet tables, counters dailyKeeping examination and treatment areas clean and stockedEnsure hospitalized patient litter boxes and cages are free of feces and urineExercisingwalking patientsAssisting technicians and doctorsUtilizing proper and safe animal restraintWeighing animalsInputting basic information into medical record system (vital signs)Learning normal parameters for vital signsPerforming nail trims and ear cleaningRemoving simple bandagesDoing laundryCleaning surgical instruments and wrap for sterilizationAssisting with surgical preparation (surgery room and patient) and maintaining atimely start to surgical proceduresSetting up for and cleaning up after procedures and maintaining equipmentLearning routine maintenance and use of laboratory equipmentAssisting with radiograph positioning and processing including set up of equipmentand input of patient informationAssisting with restraint for ultrasoundAbility to work with heating padsblankets, scales, thermometers, otoscopes,incubators, clippersblades, and perform daily cleaning of these itemsAssisting with opening and putting away inventory & alerting inventorymanager when medications and supplies are lowUnpacking and restocking drugs and suppliesBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurance
