Join our team at Advanced Pediatric Care as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN, providing high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. Shifts are 12:00p-9:00p in Bridge CityLVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)Shift differentials for nights and for weekendsWe may have the perfect spot for you! Be it a shift or two a month or a week or even Full-time employment! We can work around school and hospital schedules if you are just wanting to pick up a few extra shifts.Training provided. PTO and insurance available for full-time employment.ResponsibilitiesAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -Monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding -Providing emotional support to patients and their families -Conducting patient assessments and following care plans -Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care -Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health managementRequirementsCurrent LVN license in TexasExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of pediatric medical equipment and proceduresCPR certification
