Supervises and assists nursing assistants to follow their respective job descriptions. Confer with the Nurse ManagerSupervisor as indicated. Responds rapidly and appropriately to emergencies involving residents and staff. This includes independent living resident calls, evacuations, falls, fire alarms and drills, or any other emergency situation.RequirementsRegistered Nurse, RN Team Leader Qualifications:PA Registered Nurse Licensure (RN) is required however new Grads are welcome to apply.
