Reports to: ProgramOperations ManagerResponsibilities:Perform Biometric testing to include sample collection using finger-stick technique, manual and automatic blood pressure readings, body mass index, body fat, bone density, spirometry, as neededReview results and provides health education to participants while maintaining their privacyAdminister vaccines such as flu, Tdap, Shingles, Pneumonia, etc *who can administer depends on state and federal guidelines*Perform COVID-19 vaccinations utilizing provided vaccine by multiple manufacturers. Willingness to perform on both adults and childrenVaccination of COVID-19 requires certification in administration, we will provide you the links for this after onboardingPerform COVID-19 testing to include sample collection using nasopharyngeal technique or technique instructed by test manufacturer.
