Litigation ParalegalBeacon Hill Staffing is working with a boutique catastrophic personal injury law firm located in the Philadelphia suburbs on a Litigation Paralegal position. They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is diligent, well-organized, and independent.Responsibilities include:- Managing court appearances, court deadlines and attorney schedules- Scheduling depositions- Drafting letters- Drafting simple motions (i.e. discovery motions)- Filing documents with the courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey- Drafting written discovery requests and responses- Communicating with clients- Communicating with medical professionals to obtain medical records and expert reports.- Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365Hybrid schedule and an excellent work culture.
