Job Description:

We are currently seeking Data Collection Nurses in the Chattanooga, TN area.This is a Hybrid role, looking for RNs AND LPNs available from May 2024 to Jan 2025.Mon-Fri business hours, equipment provided, mileage reimbursed!Responsibilities:Responsible for retrieval, review, and abstraction of medical record data, required for a non-complex sub-set of STARS and HEDIS measuresPerforming either on-site medical record review at physician offices or in the officeCollaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding provider scheduling and on-site medical record retrieval as neededQualifications & Requirements:Must have active RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee or compact stateKnowledge and experience of HEDIS data abstraction methods requiredSome local travel involved - Professional appearance, current valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for project participationMust be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills Excellent telephone and communication skills requiredProven working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is requiredMust successfully complete the training program offered, and meet & maintain acceptable performance goal
