Others may be assigned.Provide a broad range of services: including, but not limited to the following: Patient assessment, diagnosing and treating health conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribe medications appropriately, patient educationClinical Care: Provide patient centered clinical care in an in person and telemedicine settingDocumentation: Document encounters appropriately in EMR systemCollaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with: Clinical staff, Physicians, Patients, Patient family members, Clinic Management, and Outside Business PartnersProblem-Solving: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving Athena EHR issues, providing timely and effective solutionsRegulatory Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of patient information, following strict security and HIPAA regulations. Maintain current knowledge of medical procedures and treatment, including participating in professional development activities and maintaining professional affiliationsQualificationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
