Others may be assigned.Provide a broad range of services: including, but not limited to the following: Patient assessment, diagnosing and treating health conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribe medications appropriately, patient educationClinical Care: Provide patient centered clinical care in an in person and telemedicine settingDocumentation: Document encounters appropriately in EMR systemCollaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with: Clinical staff, Physicians, Patients, Patient family members, Clinic Management, and Outside Business PartnersProblem-Solving: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving Athena EHR issues, providing timely and effective solutionsRegulatory Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of patient information, following strict security and HIPAA regulations.
