Job Description:

Responsibilities: Provides consumers with medication education and monitors their healthmedical issues, providing treatment recommendations as needed.Assesses clients' Personal Care needs through interviews, and completes all written assessments in compliance with Medicaid regulations. Identifies medical training needs of staff and clients, provides education and consultation on medication and health maintenance issues when appropriate. Must ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner. Per Diem Available Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New JerseyValid NJ Driver's license Previous experience with the psychiatric population preferred
