As a CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eatingTransfer patients safely to and from beds, chairs, and other equipmentTake and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperatureProvide emotional support and companionship to patientsAssist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routinesObserve and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staffMaintain cleanliness and organization of patients' roomsDocument patient information accurately and maintain recordsFollow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environmentCollaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patientsRequirementsValid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a CNA preferredKnowledge of nursing principles and practicesCompassionate and empathetic attitudeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamPhysical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objectsFlexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidaysCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationIf you are a dedicated and caring CNA looking for new opportunities, we encourage you to apply to join our team at NCG Associates.
