As a CNA at Staff4Me, you will provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Take and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.Assist with feeding and meal planning.Help patients with mobility and transferring, ensuring their safety and comfort.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.Follow care plans and assist with treatments and medication administration.Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.RequirementsValid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal passionate and empathetic nature towards patients.Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
