Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Word Processing Operator for a large firm in NYC. This role responsible for general document services assistance including preparation of complex legal documents using styles and other advanced functions as necessary. This opportunity is hybrid and full time. Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm, availability for overtimeResponsibilities: Revise and create documents in Microsoft Office with attention to detail for spelling and grammarGenerate Table of Contents, Table of Authorities and merges in WordCombine tracked changes from multiple authorsTranscription of audio or video recordings into textConversion to and from Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat PDFAdd images, text, comments, and highlights in PDFs and insert, remove and reorganize pagesCreate and modify form fields utilizing Adobe AcrobatAssist with data entry and running reports from the conflicts management system Qualifications: 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting required Expert-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh level of proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro; working knowledge of Adobe CC a plusAbility to work independently and read, comprehend, and accurately follow both oral and written instructions Excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be willing to work overtime Benefits: This is a posting on the behalf of LHH's client.
