Our unique service supports facilities to ensure enhanced quality of life for our patients.Position Details:MedElite is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practitioner Provider Manager with a Nurse Practitioner License to represent our organization in a potential Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of healthcare services to elderly populations. This position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for providing quality care.This position is based in Brooklyn, NY but requires flexibility to travel to facilities in different states as required.Responsibilities:Act as the face of MedElite to potential Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), presenting our comprehensive healthcare solutions and services.Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals within the facilities.Utilize your Nurse Practitioner License to provide expert clinical guidance to MedElite's healthcare teams and facility staff.Execute on-site or in facilities by providing educational training to facility staff and offering guidance to our service providers or staff working in SNFs.Gather feedback and develop a plan to integrate new solutions for enhancing the process and flow of implemented services.Monitor and assess the quality of healthcare services provided, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.Ensure that services and new initiatives are effectively implemented through collaborative efforts with internal teams.Develop tailored solutions and services to address identified needs, promoting the value of MedElite's offerings.Serve as a liaison between MedElite and SNFs, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with MedElite's services and addressing any issues that may arise.Conduct training sessions and educational programs for facility staff to enhance their understanding of MedElite's services and the latest healthcare trends.Keep clients informed about industry updates and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and clinical staff, to coordinate efforts in meeting client needs and expanding MedElite's presence in the SNFsector.Qualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner License.Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within healthcare, preferably in SNF.Strong interpersonal and communication -depth knowledge of SNF healthcare trends and best practices.Ability to analyze and address client needs effectively. Flexibility to travel to different facilities in different states as required.Benefits:HealthDentalVisionCompany Sponsored Life InsuranceShort and Long term DisabilityPaid Time OffCommuter BenefitsSalary Range: $135K - $145KEEOAAP Statement: MedElite is an equal-opportunity employer.
