Fully qualified external applicants may receive a sign on bonus up to $15,000K. (Part time up to $7,500K)Position Purpose:At Saint Francis Hospital, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Float RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a critical part of our organization, you will provide exceptional patient care across various units, including Inpatient Trauma, Acute Care, Oncology, Neuroscience, and Cardiovascular Care.What You Will Do:In this role, you will:Monitor, record, and respond to patients' clinical status.Assist with various levels of care and treatment, supporting and encouraging rehabilitation.Be assigned to your designated unit by the Nursing Supervisor prior to each shift.Float between one or more units during your 12-hour shift.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university-affiliated nursing program. BSN graduates preferred.Experience: 2 or more years of Inpatient Hospital RN experience.Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.Work Schedule:Part-time position - 24 hours per week - Night and Day shifts available Full time position- 36 hours per week - Night and Day shifts available
