Property Management Director - Real Estate DeveloperDallas, TexasOur client is searching for an experienced Property Management Director to oversee a diverse multifamily portfolio of assets throughout the Southwest. In this role, you will have leadership and oversight for a variety of owned and fee managed assets, providing strategic, hands-on direction across portfolio operations and maintaining strong client, tenant, and resident relations.A Property Management Director, formulates and develops annual financial goals and business plans that align to the Company's strategy related to property management, and leads and directs the team members in the assigned markets in executing initiatives that enable the portfolio to meet andor exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational objectives.Responsibilities include:Supervises the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports.Ensures the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports.Ensures periodic regular property inspections.Supervises the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.Manages the financial and operational performance of the assigned property portfolio performance, identifies and investigates indicators of performance deficiencies or opportunities, and guides the development of appropriate action plans that correct deficiencies or maximize opportunities to ensure the portfolio meets stated goals and objectives.Ensures that the talent and staffing needs of the portfolio are met by interviewing, hiring, developing, and managing Regional Property Managers and by supervising the acquisition, development, and management of site-level and support team members in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.Manages Ownership relationships by providing regular and on-going communication, timely and comprehensive reporting, and effective resolution to issues, concerns, questions, and requests.Advise Ownership of all un-budgeted, needed expenditures to maintain properties in the best conditions possible.Desired Skills and Experience:10 years of related Property Management experience in the multifamily sector.
