We have a client in Morgan Hill seeking a strong HR Coordinator to join their organization.Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm and 100% onsite!Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Administrative experience supporting calendaring, data entry, organizing files, expense report processing and other adhoc admin tasks.Starts ASAP!Pay is $30-$32hr and this role is temp to hireResponsibilitiesHR Coordinator support to the HR TeamOn boarding paperworkMail mergeAid executive in preparing for meetingsResponding to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesSitting at the front desk and greeting guests as they arriveQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)Adobe is preferred but not requiredSalesforce experience is preferred but not requiredExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
