We provide residential, agricultural, and commercial fencing to Lancaster & Chester County customers. We actively support local non-profits as well as international ministries. Our Ideal Fencing Crew Leader:Experienced: Have 3+ years as a foreman in farming, construction, or fencing. Must have in-depth knowledge of construction site prep procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines and understand the equipment needed to complete a project. License: Must have a valid driver's license to drive a 5500 truck and 20-foot trailer and a clean driving record. Able to pass a DOT physical.Strong Leader: We value clear communication on our team; must have motivational & unifying abilities to build solid relationships within our company.Detail-Oriented: A task-oriented, organized person with high standards to handle all the details. Able to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work, keeping safety & efficiency as most important.Adaptable: Able to navigate changes to the schedule and problem-solve scheduling challenges or unexpected challenges every construction project encounters. You work with integrity and uphold our company values. You do things correctly even when no one is watching.Player:Humble and hardworking.
