We set the industry standards in customer reliability, quality and service. Truelove & Maclean offers a generous compensation package including 401k contributions, profit sharing, and a steady work schedule.  Objectives Accurate sales forecasting and planningDeveloping and implementing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and crease sales penetration with Key Accounts in the automotive industry.Grow sales portfolio with products that fit within existing core manufacturing competencies.Perform market research and pursue new business opportunities.Maintain profitability through price negotiations and customer agreements.Coordination with customer service, quality, engineering, and supply chain management Promote a customer-centered approach for inside sales customer service team.Principal dutiesCollaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.Pursue new business opportunities in Deep Draw and Progressive Metal Stampings.Help develop and implement all Corporate Sales and Marketing strategies, programs and procedures.Responsible for coordinating and hosting customer visits in the assigned product areas.Participation in the development of corporate pricing policies.Assist, as a team leader, in developing a more pro-active customer service role with customers.Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Technical Departments to identify customer needs and provide appropriate response in a timely manner.Clear communication with customers and management regarding technical issues related to quality, feasibility, and lead times for new product development and serial production.Assist with internal sales process improvement and implementation.Conduct regular sales maintenance calls and on-site visits with customers.Receive and log RFQ's and submit quotations according to customer requirements.Participate in Regional Sales meetings.Minimum Requirements Necessary SkillsBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.A record of sales leadership experience required.At least three years of sales experience required.Experience in manufacturing a must (Automotive Industry, Deep Draw, or Metal Stamping experience preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.Strong leadership skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
