For more information on Blue Bird's complete product and service portfolio, visit JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Executive Director, National Accounts, this role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to maximize fleet sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fleet sales dynamics, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales support initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:and implement comprehensive strategies for fleet sales support, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth.National Account Fleet Customers with Vehicledeployment issues, including Battery ElectricZero-Emissions.technical Product Support (FSEDiagnosticstraining) to customers as needed (in-person and remotely)strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that exceed expectations.and oversee all logistics operations between the fulfillment center and events across the region.market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the fleet sales sector.the provision of exceptional after-sales support, resolving any issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our fleet services and expand business opportunities.and manage the budget for the fleet sales support department, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive business objectives.other related duties as assignedREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:understanding of the fleet sales process, market dynamics, and customer anizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.of relevant regulations and compliance munication and interpersonal skills.mindset with attention to detail.leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple puter skills in Excel, Warranty systems, and SalesForceto travel as needed.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:degree in Fleet Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.years' experience in fleet sales support management roles within a large corporate environmentyears' experience in school bus sales support management roles preferredTechnician Certification requiredSigma Certification preferredin zero-emission fleet introduction WE VALUEAbility to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance; Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters;Strong project management skills.
