Job Description:

IntegriCert LLC is looking for an experienced Inside Salesperson to be part of our dynamic Sales Team at our New Iberia, LA office. We are a rigging fabrication company that also provides load testing and NDT inspection services to a diverse clientele. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Receives requests by telephone, fax or mail for price quotationsverifications, purchase orders and changes or cancellations directly from customers. Responds immediately to customer inquiriesinformation needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers; answers questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, customer service and creditfinancing arrangements.Sends product literature, pricing, references, and other data to customer as required.Prepares order configurations and price quotations and routes to customer; and reviews with Sales Manager prior to submission to customer; writes letters to provide information to customer inquiries as needed.Works with the Credit Department to establish new accounts; assists customer in preparing and processing creditfinancing arrangements paperwork.Assists in handling the needs of Field Sales Representatives; works with Production to expedite and ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments; maintains close liaison with other departments to carry sales orders through to vestigates alternative options when there are material stock outs and communicates with customer as needed.Prepares paperwork including work orders, packing list, invoice and completes certificates as required and forwards to Shipping & Receiving and Accounting.Submits sales activity and forecast reports to Sales Manager; provides briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested.  This position is directly accountable to the Corporate Sales Manager. Coordinates activities with Production and Accounting.  JOB REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma is required.2 - 3 years' prior experience in Sales (preferably in the Oil & Gas service industry.)Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products.Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.Reading comprehension is required.BENEFITS INCLUDE:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k PlanPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysIf you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume (including desired salary) to and include the job title INSIDE SALES in the subject line of the email.
