Dawn Jackson 11130 Ashburn Road Cincinnati, OH 45240Requirements· Establish effective communications with the client, architect, engineers, and subcontractors.· In conjunction with the preconstruction and accounting departments, initiate cost control accounting and reporting procedures.· Ensure Megen's Safety Program is established and carried out.· Monitor and implement project controls and documentation (daily, weekly, and monthly reports, RFIs, field work orders, meeting minutes and correspondence).· Work with preconstruction to establish the scope of work for the bid packages and establish the GMP.· Responsible for the overall project schedule and milestones or look-ahead schedules.· Review and verify financial aspects of job cost including change orders, applications for payment, contractor and supplier payments, equipment rentals, back charges, etc.· Review all bulletins, ASIs, FWD's, etc. for scope compliance in relation to cost, time, sub-mark-up etc., prior to preparation of change orders.· Monitor and control construction activity on the jobsite daily and inform Senior Project Manager of any potential issues and updates.· Prepare and run all job-related meetings (weekly coordination meetings, OACM, etc.)· Assist the accounting department with on-time billing and collection of past due accounts.· Perform additional assignments as directed by the Senior Project Manager of Director.· Ensure the review, expedite, and monitoring of shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, RFI's, change orders and material logs through Procore.· Manage overall project cost through Procore cost management with Project Manager.· Ensure the Superintendent is constructing the project in accordance with the contract documents.· Develops project specific scopes and scope review process.· Ensure that all project meetings are scheduled and coordinated.
