*Must have experience with LIHTCWorksite Location: Fort Myers, FLContract Period: 6 months, CTHCompensation: $18hrWhat you will do as a Leasing Consultant:Respond to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional mannerPresent all aspects of the apartment community in a positive light in order to persuade prospects to lease apartmentsShow units daily on a walking tourUpdate the Comparative Market Survey monthly and provide it to the Community Manager according to the Operations Policy and Procedure Manual (OPPM)Maintain and follow up with welcome cards and all leasingapplication paperwork and computer entries in an accurate and timely mannerComplete all necessary rental applications and paperwork to gain approvalPerform other duties as assignedWhat you will bring to the role as a Leasing Consultant:High School or equivalent educationSales andor other customer service experience preferredAn ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly outgoing and professional mannerBasic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, application fees, pet fees, interest, etc.
