The Director of Rooms will play a quintessential role in the hotels success as a thought leader who can -and will- impact change and bring the ethos to life.QualificationsAbout you...Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.Advanced knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and valet operations with spa experience preferred; experience with HMS, Revinate, Birchstreet. Advanced knowledge of all financial aspects including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, checkbook and labor management.A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written.Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
