Position: Project ManagerLocation: Durham, NCPay: $45hr + Benefits & Weekly Pay!ExperienceEducation:9 years in Structural Civil Maintenance or relevant Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Current General Contractor License or an Associate's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience.Type: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pmGreene Resources is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Responsible for the Asset Management Program to enhance reliability, efficiency, and Total Cost of Ownership for campus buildings, infrastructure, and grounds.Supervise external contracts for building exterior services including landscaping, pest control, geese management, and animal removal for a 180+ acre campus.Oversee the Fleet Program, managing maintenance, registration, tags, and appearance.Supervise general maintenance including stormwater and retentiondry ponds, parking decks, paved and concrete surfaces, loading docks, and painting.Provide installation and support for exterior wayfinding and signs.Manage buildings and grounds cleaning program, including pressure washing, sanitizing recreation amenities, trash and recycle disposal, and cleanup projects.Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance program productivity, reliability, and compliance.Review performance to promote a safety-focused customer service culture.Lead projects from requirements to deployment, including schedule, scope, budget estimations, project plans, and risk mitigation.Provide inclement weather support as needed, including weekends, early mornings, late nights, and overnight, to ensure campus safety for staff.Position Requirements:Proficient in using Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Asset Management Program principles.Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Experience in project management, Structural Civil Maintenance, andor general contracting.Understanding of building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping and pest control.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Excellent multitasking and time management skills.Greene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
