Job Description: • Recruit, onboard, an retain top talent for employees on a national level. • Provide administration, coordination and evaluation of 401K and benefit offerings. • Administer FMLA and work though the interactive process for ADA needs. • Working with third-party providers, research and resolve employee benefit problems and champion the annual open enrollment. • Provide sound advice on difficult employee relation situations. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data via HRIS systems. • Work closely with the payroll and the accounts payable departments. • Comply with all state and federal regulations. • Perform exit interviews with separating employees. • Conduct investigations involving harassment, EEOC, and similar types of claims ensuring legal compliance, as required. • Lead by supporting and reinforcing the Firm's philosophy and culture throughout the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 5 years HR experience. • Ability to multitask, prioritize and formulate appropriate responses. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical. • Excellent communication abilities. • Possess demonstrated decision making skills while building trust throughout the organization. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
