**Must live near or be willing to relocate to Tacoma, Washington, or DallasFort Worth, Texas as this will be an onsite role.The RDC Network Supply Chain Engineer - Process & Labor Management owns labor standards development, maintenance, and support of the Labor Management program for multiple HFT Regional Distribution Centers. Leads approximately two Labor Management Coordinators who manage all LM administrative tasks. Supports DC process design and process change. Works closely with all levels of operations leaders to lead compliance to the LM program and assist with process improvements using lean methodology. You serve as the first point of contact for all LM-related questions and troubleshooting. This role maintains a close relationship with the DC GM regarding all labor management and DC process topics. This position will conduct ad-hoc analysis of LM results and process compliance observations to support best-in-class LM program utilization. Heshe will regularly interface with IT, Operations, Learning & Development, and Operations Excellence partners to drive process adherence and usage of the LM program. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
