They're looking for a Director of Software Engineering to join their company.Responsibilities:• Building out new web based application.• Maintaining a secure software development lifecycle for the product.• Managing development team (7 devs & 2 QA) in tandem with CTO.• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.• Maintaining legacy desktop application (limited)Preferred Requirements:• Experience in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server• Experience with any modern JavaScript framework (React preferred)• Experience with Web and REST APIs• Experience with Microservices and migrations• Management experiencePluses:• Experience with , any cloud framework (Azure preferred), DevOps, and PostgreSQLSalary: Up to 175K DOE and Interview Performance.Fully onsiteBenefits:• Bonus• Medical• Dental• Vision• PTO
