ABOUT OUR CLIENTTop Ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work onsite on Retail, Commercial, and Light Industrial projects.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, Tenant Improvements, and Build Outs of various Retail, Commercial, and Light Industrial projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project. Project experience within the following types of construction will be considered: Tilt Wall Distribution Centers, Retail Warehouses, Pre Engineered Metal Buildings, Interiors, Class A Offices, Banks, Big Box Retail, Strip Centers, Grocery, Automotive, Medical Office Buildings, Entertainment, Self-Storage, and other Industrial, Commercial, and Retail projects.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality ControlQuality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience requiredExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionMust be willing to travel on site to locations.WHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medicaldentalvision options, 401k, bonus, PTO, vehicle allowance or vehicle with fuel card, per diem if traveling (food & lodging), and growth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projects!
