The Staff Designer prepares, coordinates, and assembles project documents as directed by project leadership.ResponsibilitiesAttends office staff and scheduling meetingsPerforms project tasks reliably and effectively and in a timely mannerCollaborates and effectively communicates with project team and consultantsPrepares project correspondence, documentation, and presentation materialsAssists with and attends project meetings and client presentationsPrepares meeting minutesResponds to Project Manager and Client requestsPrepares and coordinates CAD and other project documentsPrepares presentation materials and participates in project presentationsPrepares takeoffs and assists with cost estimationAssists with preparation of project specificationsAssists with Construction Administration activities and makes site visitsAssists in project submittal reviewManages project filesPrepares and organizes project materialsQualificationsBachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture3-5 years of professional design experience in private practice design firmWell-developed skills with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Microsoft Office suite software.
