Our client is looking to fill the tole of Research Assistant. This position will on site in the Chicago office.Responsibilities:The primary focus of the individual will be to contribute to workflows that include protein expression, purification, chemical modification, and protein characterization in support preclinical studies.Experience expressing individual proteins in bacteria and then purifying and characterizing them with in vitro assays.General molecular biology laboratory techniques including (PCR, SDS-PAGE gels, etc.)Required Qualifications:Protein characterization methodologies (eg: HPLC-aSEC, MS, CE-SDS, UVVIS)Experience designing and conducting enzymatic activity assays.Bachelor's + 1-2 years' experience"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹"‹Clinical Resource Network Distinction CRN, a division of Solomon Page, offers a comprehensive benefits program for hourly employees.
