This role will be responsible for the Installation, Configuration, and Administration of the Documentum suite of products.Documentum Administrator Required Education:• Bachelor'sUniversity degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experienceDocumentum Administrator Required Qualifications:• 6-10 years of experience in Middleware Technologies and application Support roles• 4 plus years of experience using Open Text Documentum Suite of products, Content Server, D2, Webtop, DFC, Xplore• 2+ years of experience and well-versed with UnixLinux, should be comfortable with scripting• Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting Documentum Suite and Imaging scanning tools like KOFAX Capture and ABBYY FRS tools• Effective written and verbal communication including the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand• Demonstrated analytical skills, Issue tracking, and reporting using tools• Ability to plan and organize workload• Demonstrated analytical skills, Issue tracking, and reporting using tools• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills• Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in Log Monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Splunk, and ELK would be a plusDocumentum Administrator Responsibilities:• The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Client Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, and driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed• Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm• Manages, maintains, and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations• Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover• Monitor & Analyze applications to identify performance issues, potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues• Utilizes a good understanding of app support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions, and work with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation• Act as a liaison between users, interfacing with internal technology groups and vendors• Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions in cooperation with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements• Participate in Custom solution releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production• Perform testing, upgrades & checkouts after new version releases and infrastructure updates• Develop and maintain technical support documentation• Drive ideas and information impacting the business positively by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others• Active involvement in and ownership of Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives• Perform duties and functions as assigned concisely and logically• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision• Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements• Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production• Engages in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality• Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
