We want someone who will inspire our team to reach optimal performance.Our Ideal Production Manager:Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in wood, cabinetry, furniture, or related industry is preferred. 5+ years of solid leadership or coaching and a track record of achieving production targets through effective team development. In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety puter Savvy: Experience with CNC and computer-operated systems. Able to navigate production and priority reports.Adaptable: Keeps a positive outlook & attitude while finding the best ways to manage and continually improve processes and procedures for better efficiency.Active: You will spend 80-90% of your time on the shop floor. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, kneel, & stoop.Mentoring: Someone who loves to coach and lead, encouraging everyone to give their best and find new & better ways to accomplish company goals.
