Job Description:

The Developer should successfully demonstrate an ability to code, test, develop, modify, implement andor enhance an application. Must have a solid history of application development, support, modifications, enhancements and troubleshooting. Will be responsible for developing technical solutions utilizing new or existing applications to enhance business processes. Responsibilities may include systems support, testing, system management, reporting and technical documentation. Responsible for using existing and emerging technology platforms to design development and document detailed distributed applications. Responsibilities: Develop in all phases of the programming life cycle: code, debug, design, document, implement, maintain, and test. Design, develop and implement software interface applications as defined by the assigned project. 5-7 years of relevant work experience is Core, C#, SQL (stored procedures, joints, nothing too heavy) webapp developer working on trading and automation projects.Some enhancements, also fixing certain things as they have some server vulnerabilities within this framework.Financial background is a must. Fixed income knowledge. STP is nice.Working on a trading desk is helpfulpreferred because team is corporate treasury technology, supports a trading desk (global). Tech environment right now is mostly legacy console apps .NET apps, looking to rebuild them with modern stack (.NET core and Angular).Testing: automated unit testing is a must. Anything they develop, they need to have auto unit testing. Not from scratch, but if a module is brand new, they'll have to build that as well, working alongside prod. Build process is a full devops pipeline with Git. Integrating w SonarCube. Not Angular is a nice to have.Manager is aligning team to certain products (i.e. cross-functional teams). Will role up into trading & automation product, which is called Deal LifecycleLocation: NYC. Could be full remote IF they can come in for 2 weeks out of each terview Process: 2-3 rounds. Will be technical interviews with her developers, teching them out on .NET, C#, etc. As well as with a Business Analyst, and then with Diane.Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. General Info:• Specifically, .NetAngular developer will be responsible for adding the Non Sweep Credit Investment (NSCI) module on an existing application.• Experience supporting a fixed income trading desk andor treasury services• Experience with GitLab, SonarQube, SQL skills using MS SQL or Oracle• Experience with restful API and web development using Angular• Strong knowledge of various data architecture principles and designs• Experience with test driven development• Experience in data analysis across multiple systems• Experience with various SDLC processes and methodologies• Excellent communication in working with team members and stakeholders
