Company OverviewSeoul Semiconductor, Inc. develops and commercializes light-emitting diodes (LEDs) for automotive, general illumination, specialty lighting, and backlighting markets.Our Automotive Division is looking for a self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager for LED components. An individual who can manage and grow the Automotive LED Lighting customer base within the North American marketplace with hisher expertise in the fields of Automotive LED Lighting systems.This position is based in the Detroit, Michigan Metropolitan area. Roles and Responsibilities: Communicating with customers efficiently to meet their needs and understanding their requirementsEnsure highest possible level of customer satisfaction while maximizing sales and profitabilityForecasting and revenue trackingMarket and customer analysisPrice negotiation per project and end of yearNew product introduction and promotion at your customerFirst contact point for commercial, technical, quality, logistical topics of your customerManage one or more Tier 1 Global Accounts overseeing sales and design in activities at customer and partner locations worldwideCreate, develop and manage strategic relationship at customer side, from tactical to executive levelDevelop and grow business leveraging value based selling approachEstablish strategic account planning, defining long-term objectives for key customer(s) with input and support of business unit and relevant stakeholderCommunicate routinely and proactively with internal teams Utilize effective presentation and command skills within customer and internal meetingsProactively take responsibility for follow up on meeting actions and holds team accountableAnalyze business to identify areas of strong performance and those needing improvementDevelop new business opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in a technical discipline andor Engineering fieldFluency in English. Other language depending on the accountExperience with automotive processes (quality, commercial, and logistics)Basic understanding of and experiences in LED lighting applications and LED technologyHave the availability to frequent traveling to customer visits, events, training domestically and internationally.Proven track record in Semiconductor Sales Account management, preferably for LEDs in automotiveAbility to represent the company in a highly professional manner over the phone, video call or face-to-faceValue based selling skills and competencesCustomer focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skillsEnergetic team player with ethos of high performanceFlexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environmentAbility to manage own time and multi-task combined with strong organizational skillsSelf-motivated, driven, smart, and willing to learn with a desire to succeedExcellent communication and interpersonal & intercultural skills, with customers as well as with peers and business partners internally
