WORKFORCE PLANNING & STAFFING RECRUITER IIJULIET, GAContract, 6 months +Pay Rate: $28hr.POSITION SUMMARY:The primary functions of this position are to deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external customers to identify, select, and hire the best qualified candidates to meet project-specific needs and federalstate legal requirements.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Sources, screens, and performs preliminary interviews with potential candidates. Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring managers to select qualified candidates for project-specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federalstate law. Managers assigned employment requisitions to include but not be limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisitions. Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software databases. Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work. Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees before anticipated end date) Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site-specific requirements) Other duties as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and HR administration. Knowledge of employment lawscompliance Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Oracle preferred.
