We are seeking a highly professional and organized individual to join the team at our client's office in Asheville as the Director of First ImpressionsOffice Manager. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.Direct Hire position, fully on-site.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personGain a thorough understanding of company's products and services to assist clients and other guestsManage the company's calendar, order lunches, and coordinate travel as neededKeep marketing materials updated and stockedPerform general office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanlinessHandle accounts payables using QuickBooks or similar softwarePerform miscellaneous admin tasks such as data entry and filing Qualifications: 3-5 years in an office administrative roleSharp professionalism with good interpersonal skills and confidence to converse with clientsStrong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workCompensation: $55,000-65,000 salaryHealth, dental, and vision benefitsHSAPTO
