Job Description:

Seeking a Part-time HR Consultant for 15 hours a week supporting a small government organization in Chicago Heights. Supporting leadership with recruitment, benefits, labor laws, employee relations, training and job descriptions. Year long contract with benefits after 60 days. Pays up to $32hr and conducting immediate interviews.Job Duties:Performance management, employee relations and HR auditsExperience and up to date on Labor Laws, terminations, workplace investigationsTraining, coaching and evaluations as neededRecruitment support: job descriptions, postings and hiringAttend meetings as necessaryJob Requirements:At least three years of overall HR experience working with different levels of employeesUnderstand recent employee labor laws, understand recruitment and offboardingExperience with HR Audits and complianceAble to work part-time hours in officeBachelor's Degree preferred, not requiredProficient in MS OfficeAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
