Job Description:

Hiring Office Administrator in Lincolnshire for stable and growing global machinery company! Great opportunity to be the "face" of the office: greet customers, order supplies, work with facility services, manage office inventory, run reports, etc. This role will also support HR and Safety Coordinator. Position requires friendly attitude, tech savvy skillset and willingness to pitch in where needed. Strong MS Office and Excel is required. Immediate interviews. $45KJob Duties:Answer incoming calls, assist callers, and forward calls to appropriate person. Greet Visitors and notify the appropriate party of their arrival. Ensure the kitchen is stocked with all necessary items on a daily basisMonitor facility services such as janitorial, snow removal, and landscapingAssist with scheduling miscellaneous repairs and updates to the facilityEnsure that all vendors doing work in the building have a current certificate of insurance on fileMaintain relationships with all facility and supply vendorsPerform simple maintenance on office equipment andor schedule outside repair services as necessaryManage special projects as assigned that may involve cost savings, new processes, etc Make copies, fax documents, perform other clerical functions and duties as assignedSupport Human Resources and Facilities in basic matters such as reporting and tracking, file maintenance, and other administrative dutiesJob Requirements:Minimum two years experience Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Reception with excellent customer service skills for greeting customers and managing the front desk areaHS Diploma required, some college preferredProficient MS Office: intermediate Excel and WordAble to work onsite every dayAble to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines, maintain a flexible attitude and approach towards assignments, and maintain level of organization in a changing and fast paced environment Good command of the English language, both written and verbal Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
