SUMMARYThe Property & Casualty Senior Account Manager position handles the daily servicing of insurance clients of CMR Risk & Insurance Services, Inc., with little to no broker involvement while overseeing a commissionable book of business of approximately $750,000.DUTIES & RESPONIBILITIESThis list is not all-comprehensive of duties and responsibilitiesPrepare submissions to marketplaceReview and negotiate coverages and premiums with insurance companiesPrepare proposals and recommendations of insurance coverage to clientsReview contracts for insurance requirements and providing recommendationsmodifications to requirementsConduct claim reviews with clients (provide status, reason for status, action plan on claims)Meet with clients to present Insurance RenewalTrain and oversee assigned support staffProcess Policy Changes (change request, endorsement follow up and review)Take self-study classes on personal time to expand insurance knowledgeEDUCATION & EXPERIENCECollege-level education or equivalent experience5-10 Years of P&C insurance experienceCurrent Insurance License required
