Job Description:

The Securities Optimization team handles all securities lending and collateral management. The GSF Securities Financing Trader must have a strong grasp on the securities lending market, liquidity management, and all Delta One products. The candidate will perform day-to-day activities for the trading book from risk management to the execution of delta one strategies, provide axes to sales and identify corporate action trading opportunities.Utilize market experience and relationships to expand our client footprint in the market across the GSF product suite.Responsible for handling client RFQs and facilitate all client facing trades and product origination.Trade the full suite of products, TRS, options, and futures,Work closely with all stakeholders with the monitoring of all qualitative and quantitative limits. Develop and refine the overall risk management tools for the desk.Service existing and potential clients on the Synthetic Prime Brokerage platform. Provide daily market color and pricing as requested.Work independently and collectively with sales, both locally and globally, to develop bespoke solutions for clients and product pitches. Spearhead the development and evolution of our synthetic PB offering and execution capabilities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required and graduate level degree preferred. Quantitative degree preferred.Strong knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income Finance.6+ years of market experienceEstablished track record, references will be requested.Familiarity with Securities financing and derivative systems such as Sophis, Summit, Smart Loan, etc.Microsoft Excel proficiency (functions & Macros, tools & formats, etc.).Demonstrated team player.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines, during bidding processes.Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner.Series 7, 57, and 63Natixis is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free of discrimination. The salary range for this position will be between $190,000 - $225,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
