Our client, a leading intimates and loungewear company, is seeking an Account Director to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!ResponsibilitiesConduct competitive market research for intimate apparel and activewearUnderstand Walmart's retail structure, providing direction to design and production teamsDevelop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.Manage the sales budgetManage all lab dip, size set, and factory approvalsMake sure CADs are updated for planning, design, and productionActively collaborate with Walmart's buying teamsOversee item setups (timelines, spec sheets, cost maintenance, etc.)Will manage 1 Account Manager and 2 Account CoordinatorsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field7+ years of sales management experienceStrong communication skillsMUST have Walmart account management experienceMUST have experience working in private labelMust have experience working with intimate apparel and activewearDomestic travel requiredSalary Range: $150,000-$175,000Please submit your resume for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
