Job Summary: This position is responsible for independently leading simultaneous projects from initiation to completion, facilitating interaction among team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Under the guidance of the Program Director, heshe will support the business in preparations of business cases to senior management for large projects; manage and coordinate required project phase gates through required approvals; schedule, facilitate and document project meetings; maintain all related information and project artifacts via the centralized project repository; support senior stakeholder management, engagement, alignment and active sponsorship critical for program success - including clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plans to executive stakeholders on a regular basis; resolve issues that arise across projects, keeping in mind impacts to the program timelines and to other programsprojects; coordinate work performed by various project resources including internal and external customers; lead development of detailed project plans and project milestones working with various part of the business; align priorities to ensure delivery against assigned project(s) along with progress tracking, change control, and on-time delivery; establish effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others; guide user communications for effective user adoption; and track deliverables against project success criteria Requirements: · Must have - BSBA degree (Business degree preferred)· Must have PMP certification - Active for at least 10 years. · 10 years' experience of project management in various business areas· Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects of different sizes.· Experience working on projects across multiple organizations. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Ÿ Works independently to manage multiple projects with adherence to project management principles and processes.Ÿ Has overall responsibility for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and resources for all assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed on-time, on-scope and within budget. Ÿ Develop project plans that include all required artifacts, key milestones, and related checkpoints.Ÿ Track project milestones and communicate impacts to project plans, resources andor budget to all key stakeholders.Ÿ Identify and manage open action items to closure.Ÿ Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues andor obstacles.
