As a Sr Project Manager, you will engage in all aspects of the business, from customer relationship development to estimating, contract procurement, schedule and change management, field execution and project closeout. Experience on multifamily projects is required. As a Sr Project Manager you will be responsible for:Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
