Role: Weights & Mass Property Engineer Location: Oklahoma City, OK Type: Contract Duration: Long Term This is a hybrid job.Position Responsibilities:Develop complex weight, balance and mass properties dataDetermine approaches to developing data and analyses and comparing resultsParticipate in developing program and customer specification requirementsEstimate, calculate and measure and verify mass, weight, stiffness and inertias of components, assemblies and completed vehicles or systemsDevelop and maintain weight, balance and mass properties accounting systems and generate weight and balance reports Basic Qualifications (Required SkillsExperience):Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry3+ years of experience in weights and mass properties engineeringExperience using CATIA or similar design modeling tool Preferred Qualifications (Desired SkillsExperience):5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAircraft weight and balance report generationUnderstanding of Boeing commercial derivative aircraft (707, 737, 747, 757, 777, 787) or similar platform interior compartments and standard aircraft primarysecondary hardware and aircraft system componentsLarge aircraft weighing experienceCATIA V5V6 experienceAircraft control surface weighing experiencePC platform computer skills is highly desired, especially with Excel and WordPossess good interpersonal communication skills (written & verbal) in a team-oriented environmentExperience leading teams or projectsAbility to interact professionally with customer, supplier, field & production representativesBest Regards, Rupesh KumarLead -Team Talent AcquisitionALTEN Calsoft Labs 2890 Zanker Road, Suite 200, San Jose, CA 95134E:
