Job Description:

We're seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for growing, developing, and managing their respective brands and channels to achieve maximum results and grow sales for our legwear business.Responsibilities:Align with Company goals and develop strategies to grow the businessDevelop and execute all key growth sales plans required to achievebeat financial targetsProvide and keep projections up-to-date for yearly business expectationsOpen new account opportunities for the brandParticipate in account planning and strategy including revenue goalsRunAttendPrepareStrategize for all key account sales meetingsBuild and own various reporting including but not limited to sales forecasting, selling, and marginsIdentify account opportunities and help set directionPresent brand overview to all new accountsReview overall design aesthetics and "on brand" productAssure assortments meet individual account business needs and expectationsIdentify product opportunities and help set product directionMeet and review the line per VP Design and Merchandising"˜s annual calendarShop key accounts and competition and regularly provide competitive samplesMonitor market trends and inform teamParticipate in brand and company initiativesPartner with all internal teams and run weekly touch base meetings to provide brand updates for all departmentsPrioritize your own workload (with the help of your VP of Sales)Implement efficiencies and processes (when and where needed)Work with Design, Sales, Costing, Production and Marketing teams to drive organic growth across the brandWork with Design, Sales, Costing, Production and Marketing teams to provide effective and efficient oversight of resources to ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budgets and resultsPartner with Sourcing (when needed) to ensure we are meeting brand requirementsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of wholesale experienceExperience selling to mass retailersBA or BS preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced Excel skillsSAP experience is a plusStrong understanding of wholesale process in apparel fieldStrong skillset in multitasking, sense of urgency and working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel (if and when needed)Annual salary range: $100,000 - $110,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
