Our client is a NYC-based venture capital firm is seeking an Office Manager to support the growing needs of the firm. The ideal candidate will have previous office management experience, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. Please note - this person will be required to be in the office daily (m-f) COMPANY: Investment FirmPOSITION: Office ManagerLOCATION: New York, NY (FULL TIME IN OFFICE)HOURS: 9:00AM - 6:00PMCOMPENSATION: 100K -135K range depending on experience + BenefitsBACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred Responsibilities of the Office Manager:-Manage the facilities, reception, and executive assistant teams -Support the finance team with office and finance related tasks, including maintaining the office budget -Assist with the logistics of in-office meetings-Schedule and oversee contracting work for repairs and projects, including coordination of work during off-hours -Manage relationships and performance of office vendors for cleaning, plant maintenance, and equipment service -Maintain and organize storage areas and resources, ensuring efficient space usage -Act as the primary contact for building security and safety issues, coordinating with building management as needed -Oversee access control systems, including keycard and security management -Oversee corporate accounts with IT and transportation providers, conducting monthly reviews of account usage and security -Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including keycard distribution, updating contact lists, and coordinating telecommunications setup -Assist in the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees-Manage ad-hoc projects as needed Requirements of the Office Manager:-At least 5 years' experience in office management or a similar administrative role -Detail-oriented -Experience managing employees -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Can-do attitude; willingness to pitch in-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
