Job Description:

Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users in a timely andefficient manner.• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear and conciseinstructions for issue resolution.• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems to higher-tiersupport as stall, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.• Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technicalskills.Gain hands-on experience with all three major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, andGoogle Cloud.• Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.• Basic Linux server administration and maintenance tasksMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, procedures, andconfigurations.• Help create technical documentation and manuals for end users.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.• Proven experience in providing Tier 1 and 2 support in an IT environment.• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
